Wx Force is a workforce initiative dedicated to building and strengthening weatherization careers across North Dakota. None of the Weatherization work we do can happen without skilled and passionate workers. Across the country, the Weatherization Assistance Program supports 8,500+ career-track jobs and here in North Dakota we are looking for people interested in being a part of our Weatherization teams.
Weatherization services are available statewide through local Community Action Agencies and supported by the Community Action Partnership of North Dakota (CAPND).
