Weatherization programs help income-eligible North Dakotans create safer, healthier, more energy-efficient homes, and we need people to make that work possible.
Wx Force connects you with the training, jobs, and career pathways to become part of Community Action’s weatherization workforce. Weatherization services are available statewide through local Community Action Agencies and supported by the Community Action Partnership of North Dakota (CAPND).

Weatherization Careers Start Here
Most people who enter the weatherization workforce begin as a Weatherization Crew Member. This is an entry-level position perfect for those who want hands-on trade work and paid training.
These crew members perform home upgrades that result in energy savings and more comfortable living, including installing insulation, replacing doors and windows, and sealing air leaks.
