What You'll Do and What the Work Is Like
Weatherization Crew Technicians are the people who make the upgrades happen. You work in homes performing improvements that increase energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.
Typical Tasks Include
- Installing insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces
- Sealing air leaks around doors, windows, and foundations
- Replacing or repairing doors and windows
- Using basic hand and construction tools
- Following safety and quality standards
This is Hands-On, Physical Work. You Should Expect:
- Working indoors and outdoors
